The IN-ARMOR consortium gathered in the vibrant setting of Sophia Antipolis Bioparc, Biot, for its 3rd Consortium Meeting, marking two days of productive discussions, strategic planning, and collaborative progress in the collective fight against antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Day 1 – Driving Technical Excellence
The first day of the meeting focused on technical advancements across the project’s Work Packages. Partners shared the latest research findings, exchanged valuable insights, and aligned on upcoming milestones. These in-depth discussions helped shape the next steps of IN-ARMOR’s R&D pathway, reinforcing the project’s mission to develop innovative solutions to tackle the global challenge of AMR.
Collaboration and knowledge sharing were at the heart of the day, highlighting the consortium’s strong interdisciplinary synergy and shared commitment to scientific innovation.
Day 2 – Ensuring Long-Term Impact
The second day shifted focus toward ensuring the project’s long-term sustainability and real-world relevance. Discussions centered on key aspects such as regulatory considerations to facilitate the translation of research outcomes into practice, communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategies to enhance visibility and impact across sectors, and risk management approaches aimed at ensuring robustness and resilience throughout the project lifecycle. Participants also enjoyed a guided tour of Antibes and a visit to the facilities of project partner Nuvisan, offering valuable insights into how laboratory innovation can be transformed into tangible solutions with societal benefits.
